Hi my name is Smurf ...

I am an adorable miniature Shetland pony who is well behaved and friendly. I am very gentle and calm around children, the elderly and disabled and I even love other animals.  

I love to be petted, brushed and fussed over !  As I live near the beach I can often be spotted having a paddle in the sea or a roll in the sand, whilst out for a walk with my family. 

My mam loves me and my brother very much, so makes sure we have our needles, get wormed, have our feet trimmed, teeth checked and eat a healthy diet.  We have regular vet checks and both have up to date passports.

I enjoy being the centre of attention as long as there's a few treats and plenty of cuddles available !

Hi My name is Marley....

I am the youngster and currently in training to be as good as my big brother! 

I live with Smurf on the beautiful coast of Northumberland and love fooling around on the beach or chasing my Mam's hens and ducks around the field! 

You may be able to see me at some events, taking in the atmosphere, as I don't like to get left behind when everyone goes out for the day.   Its great to watch Smurf work and see how much the kids love him,  one day I will be able to pull the trap and take people for a ride!

I love to follow Smurf around and I'm ALWAYS on the lookout for food - I AM a growing boy you know!

Hi My name is Lisa ....

I am the owner and main handler of Smurf and Marley, my two lovely lads!

I have worked with horses from a young age, been a groom for horse drawn weddings, funerals and filmwork as well as travelling the country showing heavy horses.  I have an enhanced CRB certificate, public liability insurance and have undertaken first aid training to ensure Mini Pony Hire events are as safe as possible.

I love to spend time with my hubby, walking on the beach with our 2 ponies, 2 kids and 3 dogs!!
